1934 Chevy HotRod (Video)
With its wide swooping fenders and slanted grill the 1934 Ford has always been one of the sleekest looking street rods out there. This one is no different and is extremely well built. The 3 window Outlaw body is in great condition and out of the fiberglass body manufacturers Outlaw bodies are ranked among the top. The exterior is coated in a very slick Brandywine 2 stage paint with custom pinstriping and airbrushed imitation chrome running down the sides. The paint work is really stunning and has a beautiful finish. The suicide doors open to the rear and have nice chrome handles. The large diameter front headlights are nicely mounted in place to each side of the shining 34 grill. Small front bumpers were added with no bumpers in the rear. The rear taillights and license plate are frenched and mounted below the custom airbrushed 34 Ford emblem to the rear deck. Billet side mirrors are in place on both sides as is a front windshield wiper which is a nice feature you don’t always see on these street rods. The car has a great stance and rolls around on Billet Specialties wheels with General Altimax RT tires. Getting those tires spinning is the 1991 Camaro 350 with Street Performance TPI system. Most of the components under the hood have a chrome finish or are Billet. The aluminum radiator finishes it off nicely and keeps the car running cool without issues. Paired with the motor is a 700R4 transmission sending power back to the Maverick 8″ Ford rear end with 3:72 gears. The car has a great sound through headers into dual exhaust that is routed out of the rear of the car. A 13 gallon fuel tank is mounted in the rear and topped off with a polished cap. Disc brakes are found up front with a Mustang II style front end and looking at the undercarriage you will noted that a lot of the components have been painted the same color as the body. The custom interior of the car is brand new. It has be done in White ultra leather with Red stitching that looks really sharp. The Burgundy carpeting matches the paint and is in great condition. All of the upholstery work looks fantastic and is of very high quality workmanship. The dash is done in White to match the seats and is fitted with a Billet bezel and Dakota Digital gauges. A tilt column is in place with column shifter and Billet Specialties steering wheel. Vintage AC/Heat is in place and works well. In the custom overhead console is mounted the Sony Xplod AM/FM/CD player that delivers a great sound. The trunk has been finished out nicely as well and has a hidden storage compartment for an amp and the electrical components. This is a very clean solid street rod that needs nothing but a new home!
